Processing time
In-stock pieces are dispatched in 1–3 working days. Made-to-order pieces are dispatched in 7–14 working days.
Processing time is separate from transit time. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Standard shipping by destination
Standard shipping is US$7.90 when the merchandise subtotal after discounts is under US$150, and free when it is US$150 or more. All shipping charges and thresholds are in US dollars (USD).
Estimated transit times for our 15 supported destinations are shown below. Transit times are counted in business days after dispatch and are separate from processing time. They are estimates and may be affected by customs processing, public holidays or carrier delays.
