Shipping
We currently offer two shipping options:
Standard Shipping
$7.90 on orders below $150
Free on orders $150+
Express Shipping
Available on orders $150+ for $14.99
Free on orders $300+
Shipping options available for your order will appear automatically at checkout based on your order total and destination.
If you need express shipping for an order below $150, please contact us before placing your order and we’ll do our best to help.
Processing Time
Ready to Ship items are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days.
Made to Order items typically require 7–15 business days before dispatch.
Gold vermeil styles may take slightly longer than sterling silver styles. Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.
Estimated Delivery
Standard Shipping
Approximately 7–10 business days after dispatch
Express Shipping
Approximately 3–5 business days after dispatch
Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow a short period for tracking updates to appear after dispatch.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Customs treatment varies by destination. If additional charges are required for your order, we’ll contact you before shipment.
Returns
We accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- unworn and unused
- in original condition
- returned with original packaging
- free from damage caused after delivery
The following items are not eligible for return:
- made-to-order items
- personalized or customized pieces
- final sale items
- items returned in worn, damaged, or altered condition
How to Start a Return
To request a return, please contact us at care@alvaura.com with:
- your order number
- the item(s) you’d like to return
- the reason for return
If your return is approved, we’ll provide the next steps.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Alvaura is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at care@alvaura.com.
Please include clear photos of:
- the item
- the packaging
- any visible issue
We’ll review the case and help you as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different size, finish, or style, please place a new order after your return is approved.
