Each Alvaura piece is crafted with a protective shield tested to resist tarnish, and we confidently offer a 2-year warranty from the date of delivery, covering eligible issues related to craftsmanship or manufacturing defects.
What the Warranty Covers
Our warranty covers eligible manufacturing issues such as:
- faulty stone setting
- clasp or structural defects
- manufacturing-related issues in workmanship
If your piece qualifies, we’ll assess the issue and offer a suitable resolution.
What the Warranty Does Not Cover
Our warranty does not cover:
- normal wear and tear
- surface scratches
- accidental damage
- improper storage or misuse
- damage caused by exposure to chemicals, water, or impact
- lost items
- unauthorized repairs or modifications
Because jewelry is worn close to the skin and in daily life, signs of natural wear over time are not considered manufacturing defects.
How to Submit a Warranty Request
Please contact us at care@alvaura.com with:
- your order number
- a short description of the issue
- clear photos of the item
We’ll review your request and get back to you as soon as possible.
Review & Resolution
Once we review your request, we’ll confirm whether the issue is covered under warranty and advise on the next steps.
If your claim is approved, we’ll offer an appropriate resolution at Alvaura’s discretion.
