Returns
Eligible items, including standard made-to-order items, may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Alvaura covers the label for eligible US returns. Customized items, promotion-priced items and Final Sale items are excluded from non-quality returns. Full-price items purchased with WELCOME15 remain eligible.
