We cooperate suitable local logistics companies for distribution in your countries/regions.
The delivery options for your destination are displayed at checkout. We require a signature for all orders, so delivery to PO Boxes, Army Post Office (APO) and Fleet Post Office (FPO) addresses is currently unavailable.
The delivery time is subject to customs clearance, holidays, weather and other factors. The actual situation prevails.
All products are shipped directly from our China warehouse, please note that there might be custom duties and taxes incurred at the discretion of customs department which is liable by the customer.
This means you may be liable to pay local sales taxes and customs duties on arrival of your order. If this is the case, you will need to pay the costs to release your order from your local customs department before it is delivered to you.
Please note that Alvaura is unable to advise on the amount that this may be and cannot accept responsibility for these costs.
Further Delivery Information
Estimated delivery times may vary during peak shopping periods such as the Great Singapore Sale, Singles Day, Black Friday, and any shopping campaigns and during public holidays as logistics delivery services and custom offices may not be operating.
All delivery provide tracking information.
Working days include Monday to Friday, excludes Saturday, Sunday and public holidays.
Once your order has been sent, you will receive a despatch confirmation email which will advise your estimated delivery date. If your order has not arrived by the estimated delivery date, we're here to help.
Sign into your account to check we have the correct delivery address for your order and your contact details are up to date. Your parcel may be awaiting collection at a local sorting office or delivery depot, or you may need to arrange re-delivery. Check with your neighbors to see if they have accepted the parcel on your behalf.
Look in any safe areas the driver may have left your parcel, such as behind bins or in a shed, garage or porch.
If you still cannot locate your order we ask you to please allow 30 days to pass before reporting your order as missing.

Item Not Received?
We apologize if you have not received your item. This is not common and we want to resolve this as quickly as possible for you. To receive a refund or a replacement, you must inform us that you have not received your item within 30 days from the day on which you received an email from us confirming that the item had been dispatched. Please contact us here via your account or Live Chat available on our website.
Please remember that our shipping time should only be used as a reference, and the delivery time shall prevail. Although we will minimize potential delays, we are not responsible for delays including statutory holidays, natural disasters, clearance, payment approval failures and other uncontrollable factors.
